What makes us

different?

Sometimes it’s the little things or the attention to detail that wins the day and earns your repeat business.   Our approach offers many advantages over the traditional wooden post. • We use high grade Vinyl sign posts.  • No splitting, peeling paint or visible metal spikes. • Posts are cleaned and wiped down, not painted over on each use. • They are lighter, making them inherently much more stable. No tools (or third hand) are required to mount the sign. We have developed an easy to use and reliable clip system.  It is simple to hang your own sign with professional results.  There is no struggling with plastic tie wraps or rusty bolts. All mounting hardware is rustproof, typically made of stainless steel.   We do not ever use plastic tie wraps - simply because they cannot be relied upon.   We use stainless steel mounting hardware ensuring your signage remains where it belongs. Signs can be tied down to minimize swinging.   If you like to reduce the amount of swaying of your sign this feature is available for use.

Sign Post Styles 

Posts are available in two basic configurations - traditional swing style and a dual post configuration.  All are available with a standard or gothic cap, it’s your choice. The dual post configuration is suitable for small commercial or high end listings.  It allows an agent to use their existing standard signage with little or no modification.  The Dual post also allows the use of signs up to 4’ in width. Unlike pre-assembled posts, our posts are quickly disabled for transport and storage.   For our high volume customers, we store the complete sign set-up (minus the upright post) so it is ready for quick installation. The most common size used is a 6’ tall post with a 4’ wide arm.  This is standard for the vast majority of signs ranging from 30-36 inches in width.   A shorter arm/post is installed for smaller signs less than 30” in width.  Depending upon the terrain, a longer or shorter upright post is used. Our design also offers the use of our unique post arm riders.  These conveniently slip onto the arm - without fasteners and do not interfere with any top advertising rider installed.  These are excellent for Open House and Directional Arrow usage.
